The load-cells of the LDK types are precise and especially designed for heavy industrial applications, e.g. press calibration.

Compression load-cells feature good linearity and hysteresis, and provide a high overload capacity.

The load-cell material is high grade steel (up to 100 tons nickel plated).

An aluminium tube protects the measuring area with the strain gauges.

The threads on each side are used for transportation or to fix (soft) disks to protect the load cell from  wear.

The signal cable is fixed with a connector.

Every sensor is delivered with a calibration sheet with load/force curve.

The execution with two strain gauges can be connected directly to our standard amplifiers or DU-4D monitors.

When using the display units DU-4D or DU-4USB, it is necessary to set the value of the tie-bar diameter d2, to show the measured force directly in ‘kN’ or ‘t’.
